HELIOT EMIL offers a 14-day return policy from the day of receipt, provided items are returned in their original condition with all industrial tags intact. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the product is defective.

Return Process

  Access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all signature hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our warehouse facility in Copenhagen.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the garments for signs of wear; approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
